How Do I Change or Update My Billing Info?

You may want to change your payment information including updating your mailing address or changing your credit card information. 


First, you'll need to confirm which platform you signed up through. Click on your avatar in the top right of the screen in the community



Click on "Your Plans and Purchases"



It will take you to your plans. If your plan starts with [TC] you signed up through Thrivecart, continue for instructions on how to cancel through Thrivecart. 


If your plan starts with [MN], you signed up through Mighty Networks, scroll further down for instructions on how to cancel through Mighty Networks.


If you have multiple plans and you're confused, it's all good. Send us an email or submit a ticket and let us know what you are trying to cancel, we'll help you out.


CHANGING YOUR PAYMENT INFO IN THRIVECART [TC]


You'll need to update your account info an application called Thrivecart. Click here to get your unique dashboard link. You'll be taken to a page that requires you to enter the email address you registered with. Once you do, you will be sent a link to your dashboard. 



You will receive an email similar to below. If you do not see this email in your inbox immediately, please check your promotions, junk, or spam folders. 


Click the link in this email to be taken to your dashboard.



Your dashboard will show a button to update your info


Once you click on "update my info" a popup screen will allow you to update your mailing address and/or your credit card information. 




CHANGING YOUR PAYMENT INFO IN MIGHTY NETWORKS [MN]


If you signed up through Mighty Networks, you can click on your avatar in the top right corner of the community



A screen will appear showing your purchases, upcoming subscription, and the date you will be billed, click on the button under Upcoming Charges or Active Subscription. Both will take you to the same page.



Scroll down to the Billing Information Section:


Then click on "Manage Billing Information". Another screen will appear with your current billing information, review and confirm this information. 


If you need to edit existing information (ie your Zip code has change), click on "Edit Card" and make updates then press "Save".


If you need to change your card, click on "Change Card" and make updates then press "Save".
